The Emperor's scoring spree continues as it defeats Al-Bataeh 4-1 and strengthens its lead.

Al-Wasl crushed their opponents, Al-Bataeh, 4-1 in a match held at Zabeel Stadium, part of the 9th round of the ADNOC Pro League.

 

The match started with high pressure from the Emperor, almost resulting in an early goal by Caio Canedo , but the ball narrowly missed the post. Al-Wasl continued to dominate, and in the 16th minute, Adama Diallo scored the first goal for Zabeel’s yellow team, skillfully maneuvering past Al-Bataeh's defender.

 

The match then cooled down, and play became concentrated in the midfield. In the 43rd minute, against the run of play, Al-Bataeh equalized after the ball awkwardly collided with Sofiane Bouftini.

 

In the 66th minute, the impressive Adama Diallo advanced again for Al-Wasl, with a shot that left the Ivorian shining. Afterward, Al-Wasl tightened its grip on the game, aiming for a 3rd goal to eliminate any hope of a comeback. In the 86th minute, Alexis Perez's shoots a powerful strike from outside the box that found the back of Al-Bataeh's net. Less than 2 minutes later, the yellow team launched a swift counterattack. In the 88th minute, it reached Swiss player Harris Seferovic, who effortlessly placed it in Al-Bataeh's net, marking the 4th goal for the Emperor.
