Al Wasl Football Company has officially announced the signing of Brazilian striker Matheus Saldanha from Hungarian club Ferencváros.

Saldanha, who plays as a center forward and right winger, began his football career in Brazil with Osasco Fc in 2018 before moving to EC Bahia.

He has enjoyed several international stints with clubs such as JEF United Chiba (Japan), Chengdu Rongcheng (China), Neftichi PFK (Azerbaijan), and FK Partizan Belgrade (Serbia), where he stood out as the top scorer of the Serbian league in the 2023–2024 season.
His performance earned him a move to Ferencváros, where he played 22 matches, scored 10 goals, and helped the team win the league title.
