1. Shipping Process

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. The shipping process involves the following steps:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes picking, packing, and preparing the items for shipment.
Courier Service:
We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure your items are delivered safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Packaging:
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Each item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transportation.

2. Delivery Fees

Local Deliveries (Within UAE):
- A flat rate delivery fee of AED 14 + Tax will be charged.

3. Delivery Time

Local Delivery (Within UAE):
- Once dispatched, local deliveries typically take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on the delivery address.
- For rural or remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

Please note: Delivery times may also be affected during busy shopping seasons or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email . You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the courier's website. If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer support team.

5. Failed Deliveries

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. If delivery fails multiple times due to address issues or unavailable recipients, the order may be returned to us, and you will be required to pay for re-shipping.
