The pre-match press conference for Al Wasl’s match against Dibba was held, as part of the tenth round of the ADNOC Pro League, to discuss the team’s preparations ahead of the match, which will be played at Dibba Stadium on Sunday next, corresponding to the twenty-eighth of December of the current month.

The head coach of the first football team, Mesut Meral, confirmed that the main objective of the upcoming match is to achieve victory, noting that winning will help the team achieve positive results in the matches that follow. Meral said:
“The goal of the upcoming match is to achieve victory, as this will help us achieve victory in the match that follows. The team is holding its first training session today after the win against Al Wehdat, and God willing, we will deliver a good performance to achieve victory in the next match.”

For his part, Al Wasl player Fabio Lima expressed the team’s readiness to face Dibba, saying: “Yes, today we returned to training as part of our preparations. I think this match will be difficult, especially since we did not achieve victory in some league matches. We must return to the path of wins.”
He concluded his remarks by saying: “We have a strong opponent in our away match. The last time we lost against them was in the President’s Cup; they have a good team and they play tough. We will try to go there and collect the three points, and this is our goal for the match.”
