The Disciplinary Committee of the UAE Football Association issued its decisions regarding the two matches involving Al Wasl Academy teams against Circle Football in the U19 League and Gulf United in the U16 League, after both teams failed to attend the two matches.

The Committee decided to consider Circle Football the loser of its match against Al Wasl by a score of 3-0, and to fine the club AED 10,000, in addition to requiring it to bear the referees’ expenses, due to its failure to attend the match in the U19 League.

The Committee also decided to apply the same penalty to Gulf United for failing to attend its match against Al Wasl in the U16 League.

According to the decisions issued, Al Wasl earns the points from the two aforementioned matches, at the start of the campaign for the youth teams in the 2026-2027 sporting season.
