Al Wasl Football Company has signed an agreement with Noor Dubai Foundation, one of the humanitarian initiatives of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, to sponsor the club’s first team during its AFC Champions League Elite campaign. Under the agreement, the Foundation’s logo will appear on the back of the team’s shirt throughout the competition.
The partnership reflects Al Wasl’s club commitment to pairing its sporting presence with a humanitarian message. It uses the popularity of football to promote the values of generosity and giving, and to raise awareness of initiatives that make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and communities.
Commenting on the partnership, Ferdan Al Fardan, Chairman of Al Wasl Investment Company, said: “We are proud to partner with Noor Dubai Foundation and honoured that the Al Wasl’s club shirt will carry the name of an organisation that embodies Dubai’s humanitarian mission.
