As part of its commitment to enhancing communication and partnership with the players’ families, and its belief that building the player of the future does not begin only on the field, but begins at home, within the family, and at the academy, Al Wasl Club Academy has launched the Parents’ Committee, with the participation of a representative of the parents from each age group, with the aim of supporting continuous communication between the academy and the families, and enhancing their role in the journey of developing their children both athletically and educationally.

This step comes as confirmation that investment in the generation of the future is not limited only to the field, but begins with an integrated system that includes the family, the academy, and the environment surrounding the player, which contributes to providing the appropriate conditions for their development on both the sporting and personal levels, as the Parents’ Committee represents a platform for dialogue, communication, and the exchange of ideas and suggestions, in a way that enhances cooperation between the parents and the administrative and technical staff at the academy, to provide a positive environment in which every player feels that they are surrounded by those who believe in them, support them, and guide them towards the better, in a way that serves the interests of the players.
