Vitoria and Lima: Determined to Win Against Al-Zawraa

The press conference for the match between Al-Wasl Club and Al-Zawraa of Iraq, scheduled for tomorrow in the second leg of the Round of 16 of the Asia Champions League 2, was held, with Al-Wasl first football team head coach Roy Vitoria confirming the team’s readiness to face a strong and decisive encounter in order to secure a place in the quarter-finals.
Vitoria confirmed that the match will be difficult, emphasizing the importance of playing on the home ground, and said:
“It is clear that it will be a very difficult match, but it will be on our pitch, and we will work to improve the result we achieved in the previous match and improve our situation. We have trained well throughout the past week, and we will enter tomorrow’s match with determination and strong will to achieve victory. We hold full respect for Al-Zawraa of Iraq, and the match does not depend on one player — the players will enter with full enthusiasm, and we hope to achieve a positive result.”
For his part, Al-Wasl player Fabio Lima stressed the strength of the challenge, saying:
“It will be a strong match against a difficult opponent. We were unlucky in the previous match due to the red card, but we were controlling the match until we conceded a goal. I invite our fans to attend tomorrow to support us in achieving victory, and we are optimistic. A large part of the responsibility lies on the players. We will enter the match with high focus and will work to finish it within ninety minutes, and even if we have to play extra time or penalty kicks, we will do what is required to achieve victory.”
