Al Wasl Club hosted workshops for goalkeeping coaches, aimed at renewing the practice licenses for the goalkeeping courses (AFC Goalkeeping A / B / C), in cooperation with the UAE Football Association.

The workshops included two sections, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part covered the technical and tactical principles of goalkeeping training, while the practical part focused on applying the technical and physical skills of goalkeepers, including building attacks and providing support after saving shots. Other goalkeeping skills such as communication and team leadership were also emphasized.

This initiative comes within the club’s keenness to support Emirati football and its technical staff, to enhance and develop their abilities, ensuring they reach the highest levels.
