The head coach of Al Wasl Football Club’s first team, Rui Vitória, confirmed his team’s readiness to face Kalba in the 26th and final round of the ADNOC Pro League, stressing the importance of finishing the season in a positive way and achieving victory in front of the team’s fans.
He pointed out that the team enters the match with high morale after the positive performances and results achieved in the recent rounds, confirming that the players are looking to continue winning and finish the season in the best possible way.
Vitória said: "We will play the last match of the season, we come after a very good result and excellent performance against Al Jazira. We achieved two very important wins in the last two matches, and now we want to finish well at home and in front of our fans, and we need to end the season with a win to complete this work."
He added: "I must say that I am happy with the reaction of the players in the last match, and regarding tomorrow’s match we need to continue with the same style, because we have won the last four matches of the season, and we want to finish the season well, and after that we prepare for the next season."
He concluded his statements: "We know that there are no easy matches, the match will be difficult for both teams, but at home we want to impose our playing style, we want to show our quality and give some players a chance, but while maintaining the level of the team."
