Al Wasl Football Academy teams in the Under-10, Under-11, and Under-12 age categories concluded their participation in the summer tournament organized by the Dubai Sports Council, amid a distinguished competitive participation that reflected the Academy’s commitment to developing the abilities of its players and nurturing their talents through playing the largest possible number of matches and competitive experiences during the preparation period for the new season.

The participation of the Academy teams witnessed positive results across the different age categories, as the Under-11 team successfully secured second place in the Gold Category, while the Under-12 team also claimed second place in the Gold Category. Meanwhile, the Under-10 team finished the tournament in fourth place in the Gold Category.

This participation comes within the framework of Al Wasl Academy’s approach to providing an integrated training and competitive environment for its players across different age groups, contributing to the development of their technical and physical levels, enhancing their on-field experience, and preparing them ideally for the upcoming competitions.

The summer tournament aimed to develop young players according to the best technical and educational standards, nurture the skills of promising players, provide the highest possible level of competitive exposure, in addition to preparing and equipping the technical staff and players for the new sporting season.

The competitions represented an important opportunity for Al Wasl Academy players to gain further experience by facing various teams and playing consecutive matches that help raise their technical and physical readiness, enhance tactical aspects, and develop the players’ competitive spirit and teamwork.
