Al Wasl Sports Club hosted the Handball Festival for the “B” Buds category, which was held at Al Wasl Club Hall, with the participation of five clubs: Al Wasl, Al Ain, Al Wahda, Shabab Al Ahli, and Al Jazira. This comes as part of supporting age-group categories and spreading the culture of the game among young players.

The festival witnessed a distinctive sporting atmosphere, as young players were given the opportunity to gain experience and competitive exposure, and to apply basic skills in an environment aimed at developing juniors’ handball skills.

The festival activities were attended by Ahmed Saeed Al Nuaimi, Director of Sports Games at Al Wasl Club, who emphasized the importance of organizing such festivals in refining juniors’ talents and enhancing attention to age categories.

The organization of the juniors’ festival comes within Al Wasl Club’s strategy aimed at caring for youth categories and instilling a culture of sports practice at an early age, contributing to the preparation of a promising generation capable of representing clubs and national teams in the future.
