At  Sharjah Club hall, Al Wasl team was crowned champion of the buds Cup – Category (A) after defeating Shabab Al Ahli in the final with a score of 67–60.
The coronation ceremony was attended by Mr. Khayam Abdulaziz, Board Member of the Individual and Team Sports Company and Basketball Supervisor at Al Wasl Club; international observer Yaqoub Gabesh, member of the Referees Committee at the UAE Basketball Federation; and Salem Atiq, assistant coach of the UAE national basketball team.
