Al Wasl Sports Club celebrated "Flag Day," in response to the invitation of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, to institutions, ministries, authorities, and schools to participate in raising the national flag on the pole at the same time.

The flag-raising ceremony was attended by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Mohammed bin Fahad, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, and Mr. Abdul Nasser Al Shamsi, the Club’s General Manager, along with the club’s employees, administrators, and staff, as an expression of pride in the national identity, renewing the pledge of loyalty to the homeland, embodying the spirit of belonging and pride in the nation and the values of the Union, and pride in what the UAE represents and what it has achieved as a developed and civilized model placing it among the top ranks globally, confirming that the UAE flag will remain high in the sky, a symbol of pride, dignity, unity, and cohesion.

The attendees also pledged to rally around the wise leadership, which continues to work for the elevation and progress of the country, moving steadily toward a bright future with firm steps, affirming their commitment to the path of the Union and continuing to work with loyalty and belonging to support everything that enhances the UAE’s status and ensures its progress and prosperity.
