Al Wasl Football Company officially announced the signing of 26-year-old player Leandro Spadacio Leite from Kalba, to represent the first football team starting from the 2026/2027 season.

Spadacio began his football career in Brazil with Fluminense and moved in 2019 to Shabab Al Ahli, where he won the UAE League Cup in the 2020/2021 season. He was then loaned to Ajman in 2021 and to Kalba in 2022 before joining the club permanently in 2023. He made 22 appearances for Kalba last season and scored one goal.

Spadacio is capable of playing in both midfield and wing positions, and his signing comes as part of Al Wasl Club’s strategy to strengthen the first football team with distinguished players in preparation for upcoming competitions.
