Al Wasl qualified for the final of the Emirates Cup Under 21 Years

Al Wasl qualified for the final of the Emirstes  Cup Under 21 years, after defeating Shabab Al Ahli Club in the semi-final on penalties at Huamid Al Tayer Stadium.

Al Wasl’s lineup included: Moriba Kamara as goalkeeper; Mohamed Abdel Salam, Suood Ali Shahabi, and Tarek Issaoui in defense. In midfield: Rashid Abdullah, Saif Nasser, Mouhamed Bobo Ba, Naif Ahmed, and Joao Victor. In attack: the duo Hussain Mohamed Mosa and Abou Ibrahima Konate.

Al Wasl started the first half with pressure in search of a goal, and Abou Ibrahima Konate opened the scoring for the Emperor in the forty-first minute.

In the second half, head coach Abdurrahman Arikan made substitutions, bringing on Salem Esam, Hussain Mahmoud Ismail, Mario Lastone, and Dimas Candido as substitutes for Mohamed Abdel Salam, Hussein Mohammed Mousa, Naif Ahmed, and Abou Ibrahima Konate.

Shabab Al Ahli equalized in the eighty-first minute through the player Ghaith Bader Alloutah, sending the match to a penalty shootout that smiled on Al Wasl with a 5-4 result.
