Al Wasl Club hosted the first handball festival for the Cubs B category, with the participation of four clubs: Al Wasl, Al Nasr, Shabab Al Ahli, and Al Bataeh, as part of supporting the age-group categories and providing young players with opportunities to gain experience and develop their sporting skills through interaction with their peers from various clubs.
The festival witnessed the participation of players from the four clubs, in a sporting atmosphere aimed at encouraging them to practise handball, promoting positive competition and teamwork, as well as instilling the values of commitment, discipline, and sportsmanship at this age stage.
The organisation of the festival comes as part of the efforts to develop the grassroots of the game and provide Cubs category players with the opportunity to gain practical experience that contributes to honing their technical skills, enhancing their abilities, and preparing them for the upcoming age groups.
Al Wasl Club's hosting of this festival reflects its commitment to supporting age-group activities and contributing to the development of handball through participation in events that strengthen communication between clubs and support the process of preparing young players.
