Castro and Ali Saleh Agree on the Difficulty of Al Wehdat Match

 Portuguese Luis Castro, head coach of Al Wasl’s first football team, described his team’s match against Al Wehdat of Jordan as difficult. He said in his statements at the pre-match press conference:
"Al Wasl is in a somewhat difficult group, so we aim to secure our qualification to the next round as soon as possible."

Castro expressed his great confidence in his players and said that they have great capabilities, adding:
"My team is good, but Al Wehdat is a tough and strong opponent, and I followed their last two matches."

The Portuguese coach revealed that they will play the match against Al Wehdat with a high focus because it will be very difficult, and added:
"I followed Al Wehdat and noticed their strength in defense and counterattacks, so we must take them very seriously."

For his part, Al Wasl’s captain and attacking winger Ali Saleh agreed with his coach on the difficulty of the match against Al Wehdat of Jordan. He said during his statements at the pre-match press conference:
"We know that the match against Al Wehdat will not be easy, but our team is ready for the match and we will work to achieve a positive result. We play this tournament step by step, and our team is good and capable of competing for titles to make our fans happy."
