Al Wasl’s first football team is preparing with focus and determination for the upcoming clash against Al Dhafra in ADIB Cup - Play Off - 1st Leg, as the teams looks to make a strong start in the competition.

In a related context, the head coach of the first football team, Mr. Luis Castro, spoke about the team’s preparations for this encounter during the pre-match press conference, confirming the players’ readiness and their desire to achieve a positive result.

Castro said: “The negative result in the previous league match pushed us to work at a fast pace to correct our mistakes. We are confident that the upcoming match against Al Dhafra will not be easy, but we have the determination and insistence to present a different level and show a better image.”

For his part, player Malek Janeer expressed the team’s enthusiasm to deliver a strong performance against Al Dhafra and to come out with a good result that makes the team’s task easier in the return match.
